The room far exceeded our expectations. The room was alot bigger than in the pictures, and the private outdoor patio was the highlight, over looking the pool, a big comfy couch, plenty of space for Pur whole family.

Great location right on the Esplanade across from the beach and very close to cafes and restaurants. Very nice pool ( though sadly cordoned off on one side and spa closed for refurbishment). It's a good sitting around area, with plenty of loungers. Nice area to relax especially if it's windy so sitting on the beach isn't an option.

You are close to good bars and restaurants. There is a tour desk attached to the hotel to help plan day trips. The staff are friendly and the property is clean.

Spacious room, excellent ceiling fan and A C. Comfy bed. Nice balcony with lounger. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Bus stop right outside. Great food options. Lovely beach opposite. Quiet and peaceful.

Management and the staff were very helpful and friendly - even when some renovations was being done in another room' They offered to move me to another room, but it was fine' the communications with me was on point. They were sincere and apologise for any inconvenience. Location was awesome - beach was right there' across the road. Room was nice and simple. The aircon and ceiling fan made it nice and cool to relax in, from being outside.

Daisy is a great friendly personable receptionist and manager. The room was fine. The location is excellent with the beach right across the road and the Rattle and Hum restaurant right at the premises. 👍

Great place to stay right in the centre of the Palm Cove strip. Reception were super helpful when I asked to move rooms as my pre-arrival request hadn’t been met and even agreed to a late check out! Seamless process to access the property on a late arrival. Highly recommend:)
