Terms & Conditions
1. Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation. There must be an accompanying adult staying per apartment if all guests are under the age of 18.
2. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to a reservation must be submitted to Paradise on the Beach in writing. Amendments will be subject to the terms, notice periods and any applicable charges in accordance with the property’s cancellation policy. If you have checked in and choose to vacate the apartment prior to the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued.
No refund, changes or alterations can be made after payment has been processed.
3. Arrivals & Departures
Check in is from 2.00 pm & check out is by 10.00 am.
Please advise arrival time when booking, so after hours arrival information can be sent for after hours check in if required.
4. Requirements Upon Check-In
You will be required to provide a credit card imprint at check-in to cover incidental charges (credit card must be valid and belong to the person who is registering). The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.
5. Non Smoking
All Paradise on the Beach Resort apartments and guest areas are non-smoking, including vapes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes. We ask that you refrain from smoking in your apartment or public areas. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest. Management reserves the right to breach for smoke nuisance.
6. Mid-Week Service
A mid-week service is provided for bookings of 7 nights or more.
7. Copyright
Images and content on the website may not be copied, saved or used in any format unless written permission is granted.
8. Force Majeure
We will not be in breach of the agreement or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance and with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Paradise on the Beach Resort or Dreamtime Resorts. We will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever.
9. Animals
Unfortunately no animals of any kind are permitted in the complex, without the prior approval of the Body Corporate. Guests who bring animals into the complex may be evicted without the right to a refund.
As per the Guide Dogs Act 1972, section 5, Guide Dogs or Companion dogs are permitted in the complex subject to prior approval by management and Body Corporate. Proof of registration will be requested.
There may be an extra cleaning fee included in your tariff, which will be agreed upon when making your booking.
10. Group Bookings
All Group Bookings are subject to our ‘Group Booking Terms & Conditions’, which are available upon request.
11. Parties
Please note that parties/events are not allowed.
12. Quiet Hours
Our quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am.
13. Child Policy
- Children of any age are welcome
- 0-2 years inclusive are free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Cot hire available – $11 per night
- 3 years + adult rates apply
- Extra guest charge is $35 per person per night
14. Card Surcharge
Surcharge of 1.65% is applied on all Credit Card Transactions
Cancellation Policy
Please note: We have two different cancellation policies, and the one applied will correspond to the rate plan you book. Please refer to your booking confirmation for your specific cancellation policy, or contact us for more information.
Flexi Rate Plans
If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of a no show without being notified, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Advance Purchase Rate Plans
Bookings made on an Advance Purchase Rate are non-refundable and non-changeable under any circumstances. By booking on this rate plan you are accepting these terms and conditions. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your designated Visa or Mastercard.
If you have checked in and choose to vacate the apartment prior to the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued.
